As a singer/songwriter, Matty Rogers has been creating and performing his original music throughout Australia for the last 12 years and his unique blend of blues, folk, and rock has seen him perform alongside some of the best in business.

An established song writer he is, with deep lyrics and amazing music. His songs will get into your head and never get out.

Matty’s live show is brilliant! Giving everything he’s got and more, he leaves everything on the stage. His percussive guitar style and high energy foot stomping (Kick and Snare) make for a big sound. Also he even uses an octave pick up to add bass which can give him a 3 or with the use of his loop pedal even a 4 Piece sound. He is highly entertaining with a soulful, rock out, laugh out loud nature and loves to get the crowd rocking!

His debut album ‘Soul Fire’ (Produced by Internationally Acclaimed Darren Mullan) was received extremely well with national (including JJJ) and International Radio play and thousands of album sales.

His new E.P. ‘Walk to the Water’ (Produced by Aria winning Stuart Stuart) is off to a great start with national and International radio stations already jumping on board. His song Walk to the Water recently got song of the week on 94.1 Gold Coast FM and his music has already been played on Gold Coast’s No 1 commercial radio Station Hot Tomato. 2SM , ABC and a bunch of community radio stations around Australia also jumping on board and both of his albums are also being played on radio in 14 countries.
